Chili


Warm up with a hot, comforting bowl of chili! I serve this chili in a bowl or served over angel hair pasta.  This recipe makes enough to freeze for another couple of meals.





Chili

3 lbs. Lean hamburg
2 cans 29oz Hunts Tomato sauce
 2 cans 40oz Light red Kidney Beans
1 can 12 oz Joan of Arc Spicy Chili Beans
1 small onion finely diced
salt and pepper to taste
 1 banana pepper finely diced (optional)



Brown hamburg and drain.  Mix in a large pot the Hamburg, beans, tomato sauce, onion, salt and pepper.  Bring to a boil, then stir and lower heat.  Cook 5 or so hours.
