Cheddar Chicken
4 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
Canister Stove Top chicken stuffing
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Brown the chicken breasts on the stove with butter until just lightly browned. Transfer to a casserole dish. (This part can be done a day ahead and then put into the refrigerator until you are ready for it the next day) Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with a 1/2 of that can of water, pour this over the chicken. Sprinkle the Stove Top over the chicken breasts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover the casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Bake an additional 30 minutes uncovered. The last 5 minutes sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the entire casserole. Watch until it is bubbly and melted. Don't let the cheese burn!
