Healthy Chicken Taco Salad

I love this meal!!  It is a Healthy choice and delicious.  I share my taco salad recipe with my cardiac patients when I teach the heart healthy cooking class.

Double crusted Chicken Pot Pie is so super easy and delicious!   I use Betty Crocker box mix pie crust.  It makes 2 crusts which you will need and it bakes into a nice flaky crust!

This is a perfect recipe for a cold winter day.  Cheesy Potato Soup is a recipe that my Mother-In-Law gave me, and everyone in my family loves it.  My Mother-In-Law is a terrific cook and I know she wouldn't mind it being shared.
